Teal Run

The management team does not take care of the apartment and they treat the customers very very badly. Customers are uncomfortable every day. Water is falling on us.

It's a good apartment, but the office staff makes it terrible. If someone wants a good apartment, don't come here. They don't care about anyone. The shower in my apartment is a disaster, the ceilings are rotting, the kitchen light doesn't work, and yesterday water flooded the apartment. They don't want to fix anything, and they are very rude to people. If you want to live in a clean place, don't come to Teal Run; you will regret it.

I been living in these apartments for 7 months. We have cars getting stolen, main doors are always propped opened, and the newest issue 24/7 maintenance isn’t real 24/7. My apartment is currently 55 degrees. I made a maintenance request on a Monday. I had to evacuate my apartment on a Saturday afternoon as I could no longer withstand the temperature. The property management could be a lot better! The communication is lack luster. Just my 7 months there I’ve heard gun shots go off, witnessed a fire near my apartment, and trash cans overflowing for day. If you check the website the amenities include a clubhouse and fireplace which is incorrect . Please think twice before making your decision!

I am tired to complaint on to the office they told me I am the only one. Tired the call the cops and heard gunshots and loud music every Friday to Sunday start from 9 pm to 3 am they play loud music on their car by the field the whole community can heard. Also they told me call the police and don’t do anything for change that’s from the last 4 months this not safe place to leave or quiet any more since this year living here for 3 years . I have videos and I keep those record for my self and the complaint I be made if one of those days moved out whit out pay anything for broke lease but first I will speak whit my lawyer also the 911 text I have every day

0 stars These apartments are the worst u can come across Apartment not ready on move in day had to move in at night squatters in the hall way and once I tried to sit down I seen ROACHES and it was a lot 3 different sizes in 30 mins baby’s everywhere me and my family left faster then we moved in come to find out the apartment across from us had a bad infestation and had to evict the guy living there and knew about it the whole time but never dealt with the rest of the complex so if one apartment is clean and the rest haven’t been spayed there going to go to the next apartment they have mice bad and they want u to deal with it 0000 stars
