Be very careful with this company. On the move-in day I found the place dirty, there were bugs, and an on-going construction on the deck (which was promised as part of the unit) that I wasn't aware of. They changed website description to mention it now. I asked for an explanation, got many promises but no actual fixes, all after the supposed move-in date. Didn't even move in because I was just too scared to live at the property, with this level of problem solving and management from them. Very aggressive communication, a lot of inconsistencies, constant change of stories. They used scare tactics like "all other units are taken, sign faster!" etc. while units were still available a month later. I wanted to rent in October but they could only start in September, and the unit wasn't even read

My experience with teacher props was amazing! I googled rentals for teachers in Baltimore and Teacher Props was the first thing I saw. I am so glad I went with them. The process for scheduling tours was easy and the application process even better! All property managers respond timely and make you feel like you are a priority. I am in a lovely home in a lovely neighborhood thanks to them. Lillian and Peter even stopped by the house to congratulate me and gift me with awesome gear and gifts. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a home in Baltimore!

I highly recommend Teacher Props to any property owners who are looking for reliable tenants. Teacher Props handled all marketing and showings for our property, and secured the perfect group of teachers to rent out our four-bedroom home - which can be a challenge due to its size. Leasing is the most difficult part of the landlord process for me, and Teacher Props made it a breeze. I will always use them to secure my tenants from now on.

Moving from Chicago in a limited amount of time, I relied on teacher properties to look out for me as a renter. It seems it is part of their mission to help teachers make a smooth transition. I was given misinformation multiple times, and inconvenient truths were withheld from me. I was told by Pete that he would follow up about how it went at the end, after a conversation we had prior to move in once my son who had seen the apartment in person after the lease was signed, gave me the bad news. He did not, I ran into him at an event coincidentally where he sheepishly avoided the subject. This is just another real estate company that is trying to market themselves as special. They are not.
