TDO Management Services

I signed on the lease with my daughter and visited often with my wife who is also on the lease. We are extremely disappointed in this company. The Magnolia St duplex should not be rented out to future tenants legally. There were toxic levels of black mold that will not be removed easily if at all. TDO knew about the mold when another tenant moved out in Feb 2024 due to finding the mold. TDO never informed me, my wife, or my daughter of the condition of the apartment. It was the other tenant who told her. We paid for a mold test to be carried out and sent to a lab to determine levels of mold. It did indeed come back with 20x above the level of concern for 2 types of toxic mold and other molds. These buildings are extremely outdated with faulty pipes and electrical problems. They are renting

I rented an apartment in Neptune Beach from TDO for 3 years and never had a bad experience. They were flexible with the changing of roommates and renewing the lease. The few times there was a maintenance need, it was handled quickly and professionally. The employees at TDO were kind and understanding when the house I bought was not move-in ready by the end of my lease. I absolutely recommend their services.

The TDO Management is very friendly and very professional. I am a military officer and have dealt with some awful as well as exceptional leasing services all over the world. Kim and Tammy over at TDO Management are by far the most responsible and professionally responsible consultants. They are very prompt with services such as routine pest control, air condition quarterly service checks, and they always go as far as necessary to help solve problems that occur naturally (wear and tear, weather, etc). These two are incredible and I would absolutely recommend anyone interested to go with them. I've rented from them since May 2015 (it is March 2016 currently) and I've had zero problems with TDO Management Services. They've only given me great things to say about them.
