TDI Properties - Los Angeles Property Management

I’ve been living in a TDI Properties building for almost 3 years and let me tell you my experience has not been good. TDI are neglectful toward its tenants. We receive the barest minimum. Buildings have roach infestations that go untreated. Living in a crowded city like LA means regular treatment for vermin and pests should happen regardless of tenants making reports. The staff are lazy, they don’t follow up on things. Just look at these photos of what our building looks like… smelly, stained old carpet, mold, roaches, I have seen a rat in the hallway once. As a property manager there NO WAY i would allow potential tenants visit and see my property looking like the images below. It looks as if they haven’t cleaned the carpet in 20 years.

This is my first experience living under this management they seem to not care about their tenants. They have no management concerns about their tenants they allow other tenants to be rude and allow their pets to disturb neighbors that are sleeping you make company management would like you to move out instead of fixing the issue. Infestation of roaches seem like they are just in for the money. So sad I would say look elsewhere they don’t care about you as a tenant I’m having to now keep paper and video trail to fight fo my rights as a tenant now ! Who would have thought others tenants shared their stories with me as I was moving in I should have listened. They will loose good paying people and end up with the slums that have no respect for others!

8809 Crenshaw, Inglewood, CA. I moved in January 2025, suppose to stay a year. HUD stop payment five months later, moving out before my lease is up. Will be gone next week. That's how bad TDI Property Management Company is, the worst company I've delt with. I treated them like they treated me, I don't think they like me. Good😊 1/15/2026. TDI PROPERTIES put new fixtures in when I moved in, it still smelled like a dead animal, cabinets where not painted (my friend painted them in the kitchen) no water pressure,. They did not want to fix this. (major work), HUD made them. After all of that I still got my deposit back all $1,923. They underestimated me as a Black Woman. Now the apartment is waiting for the next victim to move in, good luck to them.

If i want to be difficult i would study this place for examples, because i don't believe they are just ignorant, they are exceedingly experienced, and intentionally inconvenient at every level !!! A company with 0% integrity or compassion for the people they aquire by purchasing the property the unfortunate tenants occupy!!!

Thus is my first place since moving to California, coming from Ohio. The manager addresses all needs and issues. There's effort there to keep it clean on the premises, the laundry room could use more of this though. The tenants are pretty decent too.
