My 1 star is based on the fact that they tried to take as much money out of our $3,000 security deposit as possible. When we moved into the house, the house was filthy. We purchased a $400 shampoo vacuum cleaner to clean the carpets. Juan then tried to say that we put all of the stains into the carpets. He charged us to replace a 20 year old sink that was warn out and a 20 year old oven. The worst part was he was extremely rude the entire time of the inspection. The house was cleaner when we moved out than the day we moved in and they still took $700 from our deposit. I admit that we should have been some deductions, but not $700 worth. Renter beware!!!

Very poor customer service! They sent a bunch of Spanish speaking guy (we do not speak Spanish) to fix some issues that we have been having from day one and they came into our home and just started taking pictures without our consent…. Terrible decision to rent through this company!

Reframe yourselves from doing business with this company, they are very unprofessional and lazy. Once they cash that check you’re on your own (that’s their motto)

Have never had an issue. They manage the condo I rent. Because of the covid-19 I have just been there to drop off checks
