Property Manager doesn't care about anyone really. Old apartment buildings and half way renovations cheap. Hard to get them on the phone, feels like your bothering them when you call. Property Manager is heartless in my opinion. You can rent here but you get what you pay for type of buildings.
Worst place to rent , lived here 2 years roaches & rat invested. Management is horrible barely have extermination. but i guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend nobody to move here.
