Be wary of this, we are currently in the market for a rental and they listed a property on Z (accepting applications etc) and have the price marked up so high. The closets were broken, the tile was broken in the kitchen counter, dead roaches, dirty, janky paint, broken fixtures, busted outside, a ceiling fan in the bathroom (literally), etc. trying to charge $2,100 I’m sure to just steal someone’s deposit. The house RIGHT NEXT DOOR just became available, with tons of upgrades for $2,200. Steer clear

As a renter DO NOT RENT FROM RICHARD! Richard failed to come out for 2 years after numerously telling him about broken things/ issues we were having, one being the AC that was broken for days. Raised the rent in the middle of our lease both years and after 1 year raised it $400. He will scam you for money and he is NOT an honest landlord, took a month of overpayment but even with seeing the proof wouldnt acknowledge it. And will charge money from the deposit even when left better than move in. We put our own money into the property to make it livable and he does not care about the renters or properties. So if you want a landlord that wont come check on you for years rent for from him!

Stole deposit, do not do business with I continue to get calls to this day about the rental property I leased 5 years ago

I felt like I was scammed by this company. Horrible. Our deposit was wrongly held and we couldn't do anything about it.
