can't even get any info on any property. every time i would ask about a place that says its available on their website they would either avoid it like the plague or ignore me and take almost weeks to respond to any question i have. the one property i was interested in they would try to tell me "someone is in front of me" and i would have to wait for them to figure out whether or not i could get that place, then after a week and a half of waiting they raise the price of the monthly rent and still haven't even bothered to let me know whether or not if i would be able to get it or not. not only that they told me at the time since i didn't have income i would need to pay escrow on top of rent for a rental, so not only would i need to pay a deposit first then the first months rent then escrow?

If I were you, I would not recommend applying to this agency. The level of professionalism was very disappointing. Communication was extremely poor and inconsistent — most responses came only through text, often days apart, with little to no verbal follow-up. Even after I shared my desired move-in date and budget, there was no clear guidance or consistent support. My application was also handled inconsistently, approved for one property but denied for another using the same criteria. Whenever I called, I was redirected to the front desk without helpful guidance or recommendations. Overall, the process was frustrating, unorganized, and far from what I would expect from a reputable leasing agency.

I have been using TC Property Mgmt for almost 3 years now and I cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to have them to manage my properties! They go above and beyond to insure things go smoothly for me and my tenants. Thank you Max…you need a raise…lol. And Delores you do an amazing job also. As do all the people who work there. If you are looking for a property mgmt company I highly recommend them. August 8, 2025.

We have been leasing from TC for close to a year and a half. From our visit to look at the house we leased until we purchased a new home they have been nothing but awesome. Hannah made our our leasing procedure seamless and the office personnel have all been so helpful and gone beyond as we have been waiting for our new home to be built. Great people to deal with.

Rented for 1 year now that lease is up they refuse to give deposit back telling me I have to put in 30 day notice to move out..never missed a rent payment loss job 1 mouth before lease was up I was told if I pay half I wasn't gone received envision notice so I paid the half which also find another job so paid a full month for rent I still received a warrant to go to court..on court day landlord called told me I didn't have to go to court due to me all caught up but also told me I would have to pay another month of rent plus court cost so I paid that in full and decided to move now she's saying I can't get my deposit back which is not far cause my lease is up I have to rent month to month but when I move in its was the middle of the month she had me to pay half month rent to move in now tha
