I have a rental property with TC Homes and have had a great experience so far. Going on 3 years and I have no complaints. I've dealt with Brian, Jeremy, Jerry and Jaime and they are very proessional with great communication. If there is ever an issue they respond right away and resolve the issue in full. Coming from terrible experinces with previous landlords I'm very thankful for the consistency. I love the house I rent and hope to continue to stay in for many more years. Thank you TC Team!

We had an incredible experience working with TC Homes on our build. The project was kept on schedule and communication was great. We are definitely enjoying our new space.

We searched for several months for an existing home that was ADA compliant without significant modifications. We did not locate what we were looking for and decided to look for a builder with a track record in this area. We found TC Homes and they worked with us and designed a one level home that has worked well for us. Features that we needed for our wheelchair accessible home included wide doorways and hallways, wheel-in shower and closet and full access to the kitchen. We had a couple of issues during construction (and after) in the room that our handicapped son occupies. Brian, Jason and Jerry were very accommodating in making desired (and needed) modifications as we moved through the process. We are happy with the results.

I went into a custom build with TC Homes with an idea of what I wanted; a preferred open layout, future handicap accessible, and a few personal touches for my own fireplace design and pantry door installed from my old house, and Brian designed and fit the entire project on an irregular, oddly-shaped, smallish lot with all my requests in mind. He kept us informed on progress, schedule changes, and any delays. He responded to messages in a timely fashion, met me at the house in person to answer questions as often as I wanted, and even made a few late changes for me along the way. Brian and his team were superb, and I love my new home.

Everything below is documented, photographed and based on real interactions. TC Homes did not just make mistakes. They stacked failure after failure in almost every part of the build — especially in the areas that matter most for a handicap accessible home. 1.
