ONE YEAR UPDATE: Living next to a TBH managed property is still a nuisance and a nightmare. They do not upkeep their properties. Any time the wind blows I am picking up roof shingles from their dilapidated house out of my front yard. There are weeds over five feet fall growing over their property line and into the fascia and gutters of my home. They do not respond to emails. See updated photos. I will be contacting the city. Again. It is so disheartening to think that this house could’ve been sold to a family who would take care of it, but and instead it went to company that sees it as nothing but profit and does not do the bare minimum to make sure that it is not a blight to the neighborhood and devaluing the homes around it. We just signed a lease with them, the process was very clear, and they were able to offer options to accommodate elements of the required documentation that we needed to work around. The lease was explained and they set clear expectations of what we were responsible for and what they would be responsible for. On top of that the experience felt very personable and we enjoyed a bit of banter and a few laughs. I’ve rented from many management companies all over the country and I will say I’ve never felt so good walking out of a lease signing experience so assured that we are making a good move with them.

Absolutely love Shelly !!!! She is hands down the best and does her best to genuinely take care of her tenants to the fullest ! I can’t count on two hands how many times she has came to my rescue simply out of the kindness of her heart . Every time I reach out for any reason even just a quick chat she always immediately answers and really is one of the sweetest and genuine people you could come across these days , I honestly cannot say a single issue that has ever occurred while renting from her that she hasn’t immediately jumped into action and taken care of and that’s hard to come across when renting these days !!! Since Shelly has taken over my experience with TBH has been amazing , thank you Shelly for everything 🩷

For the past 7 months, I have been trying to communicate with TBH management regarding a leak that was causing my water bill to be over $500. They sent out multiple plumbing companies before the problem was fixed 7 months later. The first time I notice my water bill was higher than normal was in Oct 2023. I immediately contacted the emergency maintenance line and had to leave a voicemail. I didn’t get any communication until a couple weeks later when I sent multiple emails explaining I thought the situation was making my home unlivable and an emergency.
