Taylor Ridge Apartments

The place looks very nice. I was inquiring about a rental, but the person who assisted me seemed uninterested as she was leaving the office. They reluctantly mentioned that there were no available units now as she left to her car.

Since I have moved in (November 17’) it has been great! I love my apartment, Christina is awesome! She definitely will fix all your problems immediately if anything is wrong with the apartment. Since I’ve been here I’ve seen so much change. The new maintenance man came and CORRECTLY fixed my heat and kitchen sink on his first day! I couldn’t say I was unhappy here at all ♥️

Great improvements are happening and continue to happen because of the Amazing new Manager Christina! She is super informative and helpful! Made me feel at home while I was there! Property looks great and well kept! Super excited to see new changes everyday!

I've lived here since February and the new manager has been quick to fix any problems I have had!! The new maintenance is on top of his game and anytime I have a problem it gets fixed!! They are fixing this property from the ground up and it has came up alot!!! The previous maintenance half assed everything and this new guy is the business!!! They all are very curtious and kind to the tenets!! I've even witnessed a tenant lunge at her and her walk away calm!! They are very down home good people here!!! Love my decision to move here!!!!

Don't move in here. This place sucks. The maintenance man doesn't fix anything and always appears to be drunk. I have complained about the air conditioner not working since I moved in and they have failed to fix it. I've told them about the black mold issue and they won't fix that either. They have actually told us that we need to fix it ourselves. This place is about to have a huge lawsuit on their hands, because I'm planning to sue them for failing to fix things. Other residents I have spoken to have also said that they are lazy and won't fix anything. So, stay far away from this place. Oh and the whole place is infested with roaches and bed bugs.
