worst experience. I'm currently living in a townhouse rented by this company and I've had a hoke in my ceiling that's leaking water for over a month and they have yet to do anything about it. I've had people look at it numerous times yet I've gotten nothing out of it update: I MOVED. 6 MONTHS AFTER THIS HOLE. TOLD I WOULD BE GIVEN COMPENSATION AND 2 MONTHS LATER IM STILL WAITING. emails have been sent. nothing. don't even think about applying to this place. let alone the keizer location. I know they see what I leave and they certainly read my emails so let this be a warning to how terrible they are to tenants. I was sick after this and ignored.

Want to know what this agency's like, here's one of many letters I've had to send them! To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally address the extensive and repeated property damage caused by your agency's employees and tenants. To date, your actions include: The illegal poisoning and removal of trees on my property, valued at approximately $25,000. Multiple incidents involving animal attacks connected to your tenants. Threats of physical harm directed at me by your tenants. Numerous hit-and-run incidents involving your employees, resulting in further property damage. These actions are in violation of Oregon law, specifically: 1. Avoid this management group. They play with your application and money avoid them. We put our application in and provide documentation. Three weeks go by and some how someone magically put in an application before us and they were approved. Later I find the posting for the apartment on their site. I had to go in to get a refund on our application fee.

I am one of the tenants of Taylor Management's apartment in Eugene. We had horrible experiences with their manager because she doesn't know how to communicate with us in a respectful way. When we tried to do inter unit transfer with other tenants, they let us waited for more than 2 weeks and refused to explain the long process. We are international students with two emotional support dogs, the manager didn't want to accept us, which is against the federal law to protect the rights of emotional support animals and their owner, but they didn't directly refuse our request of transfer, instead, they charged us for yelling and cursing the manager which is totally untrue. We received severe discrimination here.

I stayed at Greystone Terrace in Salem. I have to say I never give bad reviews, but in this case I think that some things should be pointed out.. #1 cleanliness of the small complex was good (grounds) #2 the apartment building was clean and my neighbors were quiet. #3 my apartment itself was clean, no smells. overall I would recommend for that. However, some things I would say to watch out for: the management has poor communication they do not take care of any pests ( tenant responsible) I have never had to do that in all the years that I have lived in an apartment. It has been included in the rent.. a small fee that is included in rent and they come out quarterly. Vacating the apartment------my apartment was cleaned topped to bottom, had someone professionally come in and clean my apartm
