Taylor Ranch Apartments

I’ve lived here for a long time, and since Valerie started managing Taylor Ranch, it’s been the most consistent manager we’ve had. If I put in a work order, it’s usually handled the same day or by the next day. Anytime I go into the office, Valerie and Niki are extremely professional and always greet me with a smile. When I call the office, I’m always welcomed with a warm, friendly tone even later in the evening. Thank you to the entire team, including maintenance, for everything you do to make Taylor Ranch feel like home.

I came into the office simply to pick up a package and was shocked by the unprofessional behavior. Valerie, the property manager, was literally screaming at the top of her lungs on the phone. It was extremely rude, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. On top of that, the rent keeps getting raised by hundreds of dollars, yet nothing ever gets fixed. Valerie herself even suggested that I move to another property because the owners are “cheap” and refuse to spend money on repairs in my apartment. Why would I continue living somewhere where the owners clearly don’t care, while taking all of my money every month? I recently moved in and I love the property. The apartments are spacious and well taken care of; and the staff is amazing! Niki in the office and Tony from maintenance are the greatest. They are so friendly and helpful.

Wow! With all my experience Valerie was very thorough. Knowledgeable in explaining the process at this complex! Walk through was held to a standard she ensured was held! Move in was ease! Team here is a Team! Lastly parking is amazing for apartments! Very rare!
