Taylor Pointe Apartments

I just had the worst experience of customer service ever!! I literally walked in the door of the front office to do a tour. Some short haired lady hollered from the back of the office! I started looking around then I seen her come out. I informed her that I had a tour at 9am (it was 8:55am!) she informed me that she was not open yet and she had other things she was trying to finish first! Her attitude was rude, nasty and unprofessional! I would never apply or refer anyone to this apartment complex!

Heavenly Father, Help me .. At this point, residing in this apartment has caused me considerable anxiety and depression. I am overwhelmed by the persistent leaking ceiling, which continues to damage my personal belongings. Although I try not to complain, the fact that this place is outdated and patched together, yet still considered habitable, is taking a toll on me. I hope the property manager can understand my perspective and acknowledge that this situation would be unacceptable for them to live in as well. While I do not expect luxurious accommodations, I believe it is reasonable to expect a comfortable and peaceful living environment, particularly given the rent increases. It seems counterintuitive to raise rent when the property is in disrepair.

I want to start by saying the office staff has always been professional and kind. However, , I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the tenants there. A tenant named Candice blocked me in while I was simply trying to back up and turn around in the parking lot. She refused to let me out and held me against my will as she used rude, foul language, claiming I was in “her spot” even though there are no apartment numbers or reserved markings on that parking spot indicating that it belongs to her. I ended up having to call the rental office just to leave. This situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope management can address parking clarity and tenant behavior so no one else has to go through something like this.

If you need a place to live this is where you need to be. Shout to Ebony in the front office. She makes sure her residents are taken care of! And you can depend on the maintenance team to take care of any apartment issues or concerns!

Do not, I repeat, do not move here. It’s been an absolute nightmare. Upstairs neighbors are loud. When you file a noise complaint, the office does nothing. Water heater leaks, HUGE bugs 🪳 inside and outside of the apartment , and they will tow your car at any opportunity they can.
