DO NOT!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They will try and charge you 2000 for water and not even show you the meter and proof. Then when you refuse to pay it they will try to evict you. They tried doing that to me and took me to court but I had won the case. The main reason why I won is when the judge ask to see proof of our water usage the same proof I’ve have asked for months prior they don’t have it. They are slum lords DO NOT MOVE HERE

Very difficult to reach an office Associate. When you call it usually always goes to voicemail. Took several times before they got someone out to clean up trash on the stairs and out where we are and do any pressure washing. My oldest daughter was trying to clean stains outside on the wall where drink was spilled. There is trash on stairwells almost always. They drastically need more help here with Maintainence workers. Jamal is very nice and helpful when we are able to catch staff here. Here 5 years and lived at other Concord properties and didn't have to deal with trash n sometimes dirty conditions for the amount of rent you pay. Maintaice team is good but sometimes takes 2 weeks or so before they can get to you.

So far, my experiences at this apartment complex have been fantastic. Moving in was a breeze thanks to Heather and Jamal, and even though the unit we originally desired was unavailable, they worked hard to quickly find us a place that suited our needs. The complex is clean and the people are great.

9/5 Update: I emailed them the day they responded. Never heard a peep from them. This is the standard reply from businesses that want to look like they would right their wrongs, but unfortunately the farthest they will go is to respond to the review, pretending they would do something. They have had way more than enough time to respond. Caution: do not apply here. It will ruin your credit unless you agree to pay them fees you don’t owe. I placed an application several years ago (around 2016) which cost me $75. I paid through the website, and later received a notice that I owed over $170. When I called them about this, they stated that it was a holding fee that was part of the application process. I advised them that I never spoke with anyone, nor did I receive anything in the mail statin

Took application funds plus a $300 hold fee, never received a call or email for a showing. They never processed my application so I cancelled it a month ago, still have not received an email confirming the cancellation or a refund for the hold fee.
