Taylor Creek Apartments

Based on my personal experience, Creek Apartments has been the most poorly managed apartment complex I have lived in. Since moving in, I have submitted numerous complaints that have either gone unanswered or have been addressed only temporarily without real solutions. One ongoing issue has been with the neighbors above me allowing their dog to urinate on their balcony, which drips into my outdoor space. I currently have plastic hanging from my ceiling containing dried dog urine, which I have reported multiple times without resolution. I also went an extended period without proper refrigerator shelving. Noise from upstairs is frequent, and my concerns have not been meaningfully addressed. The management and maintenance here are excellent! Mila has been amazing—she primarily communicates via email and is always just a message away whenever assistance is needed. I had issues with my washer and sink, and she arranged for maintenance to come out the very same day. Where else do you get service like that? Exactly. Please don’t believe the majority of the negative comments. The management (Mila) and maintenance team are truly great, and I genuinely love living here!

I've read through these reviews and there are clearly a few fake reviews about these apartments. Taylor Creek is horrible. The manager has no management skills what so ever. She doesn't respond, pick up the phone, or listen when there is a concern. Doors are broken, trash all over the place but they will pick it up if they know you are coming to view them. There is dog poop all over the place, loud tenants along with abandoned cars. The gate has been broken for over a year. If you like living in chaos, then this is the place for you. If not, please take your money somewhere else.

Review for Taylor Creek Apartments: For the previous property manager, Malika, was amazing always responsive, helpful, and made sure residents were taken care of. Unfortunately, the new manager, Mila, has been very hard to reach, which makes things difficult, especially since there’s no on-site office. We really need better management. Please consider bringing Malika back she still helps residents even though it’s no longer her building, and that says a lot about her dedication.

The building is fine for the price but the management is horrible. I’ve lived here 4 months and just got given the number for maintenance. My heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer all haven’t worked for weeks and no one has come by. This place only had 1 maintenance guy in August and in December this is still the case. Don’t give this place your money. They are slum lords squeezing what money they can out of properties. Update: The property only came after I called our site supervisor 9 times before I finally got an answer. Was finally given the emergency maintenance number (after asking repeatedly for months) only to wait on hold for an hour. And when I finally got to speak to someone from maintenance they had no idea my unit even needed attention for the past 2 months. The maintenance staff is
