I would like to leave my sincere feedback regarding the experience we had building a house with DWH. First of all, we were warmly welcomed by Lauren McGough at the Tavolo Park community. She was always very attentive and helpful, answering all our questions throughout the entire process and construction of the house. An excellent professional! Daniel Romero was born for what he does. Honestly, our experience was incredible. He went above and beyond to ensure that our house turned out exactly as we dreamed. He was very attentive to every detail and truly dedicated to his work. The only suggestion I would like to make is to have the Design Center professional follow up during and after the construction to see how the house turned out. It was an amazing experience. Just like any other home builder in the pandemic, the David weekley homes business model is struggling to keep up with market demand versus labor and material costs. The home price escalation versus the quality of product does not hold up well and after the home warranty expires these homes will suffer greatly from average to poor craftsmanship. There are details throughout the homes where materials were bait and switched and corners were cut to save a buck. The most frustrating aspect of the home however is the cleanliness of the job sites and a complete disregard for the environment. Trash and litter covers the job sites and pollution to adjacent facilities runs rampant on the job sites. I feel sorry for home builders trying to survive in this market. When we relocated from Houston to Fort Worth, we knew we wanted to purchase another David Weekley Home. With Lauren's (DWH Sales Rep) help, we found one at Tavolo Park that checked all our boxes. Our builder, Hunter, was fantastic throughout the home's construction; he addressed all our concerns and was incredibly helpful. We cannot begin to express our gratitude for all the hard work from our DWH team - Lauren and Hunter gave us the VIP treatment!

Upcoming planned community. Houses are extremely close on small lots for 300k. I realize the elementary school and grocery store within walking distance are benefits not sure I want to hear my neighbors cough while I'm in my home. I looked forward to this community. Looks like the chose money piling houses on top of each other over value. The pool area looks amazing. I didn't see a workout facility on site. I'll bet the HOA fees are expensive but you can't swim outside in the winter.

We purchased our very first home from David Weekley Homes in Tavolo Park. We cannot begin to express our gratitude for such a hard working team who really cared about us and focused on our needs and wants. 10/10 through the whole process from contract to close. Here's to many memories made in our new home and community!
