Do not live here. I had a terrible experience at this apartment complex. The apartment itself was okay, but that is the only positive thing I can say. I lived here for one year and had many issues. First, the insulation is awful. In the summer, you have to blast the AC just for it to feel somewhat cool, and in the winter you have to run the heat constantly to stay warm. At one point, my heater completely broke, leaving the apartment at around 50 degrees. One morning I woke up to find my car had been towed—even though I had the proper parking pass. The towing company they use is terrible. Over the summer, I went out of town and came back to find my clothes, furniture, and bed covered in mold. I tried multiple times to contact management about this, but they never responded or offered any

DON’T LIVE HERE! I had issues with the apartment the entire year I was there. Water was always shut off for something OR the centralized water heating system would fail, leaving residents with ice cold water in the middle of winter. Doors would even come off their hinges or just not close. Any other smaller maintenance issue that would be reported would always take forever to be “fixed.” I say “fixed” because there were multiple instances where maintenance would say they fixed something when they, in fact, did not. The complex is older, so the units are bound to not be insulated very well. This is terrible in the winter. I had electric bills that were $500 because the heat is constantly running even when set on auto because the place cannot trap heat. Onto the property management, they E

Please consider not moving here, it’s old, bad insulation, high utility bills, they let anyone live there, the front door has enough gaps you can see lights on when it’s dark and barely closes only when locked. The stairs to the apartment are dangerous in inclement weather, maintenance is non existent for the most part, our dishwasher went out, it took almost two months to get a used, terrible one installed. Trash everywhere, lights at night do not work, police there on multiple occasions. For around the same price, you can find places that are much better. I’ve never been so relieved to move away from an area. The closet door don’t open correctly, water is always breaking down, smells like mildew, the office is a joke, they’ll send a threatening email to everyone instead of to the ones th

Green, slimey, staircases are a safety hazard in wet weather conditions. These staircases should be routinely inspected and maintained because it gets like this every fall/winter and nothing gets done. Non-skid stickers need to be applied to every step. One more rain and I’ll be in a neckbrace and sending them my medical bill. I witness elderly people walking down these steps and worry for their safety. Any/all potential older tenants need to inquire with management about their plan to maintain the walking paths, staircases, and parking lots before and during winter time because as of now, they serve as a danger to everyone’s safety. Especially the safety of the elderly. Also, mailboxes are messed up and need to be replaced. Some of them look like they do not work or lock. Idk how USPS

Terrible anything the entire time I was there. They do not have a security deposit, instead it is a monthly "insurance fee" that will total more than what a deposit would be in your first year. Except, you will never get it back. At the time I signed a 2-bedroom for 1250 per month. (After we had been promised a rent of 1200 monthly which they changed the day after we toured and went to sign.) So, even after splitting the rent with another person, I was still paying 1100 monthly because of the ALL of the tacked on fees. It was genuinely insane. The mail never showed up properly and was always lost. When we moved in we had been shown a different unti than the one we were given the keys to. The unit we moved in to had an incomplete bathroom. Maintenance insisted that they "couldn't finish a b
