I think Tate Creek crossing is a nice place to live the office manager Miss Sandra is a wonderful person I don't care what anybody else has to say I think it's a wonderful place to live and the office manager is wonderful I give her a thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 so if your looking for a nice place look them up God bless

I spent $50 on an application fee and $100 for a holding fee thats supposed to go towards my deposit my family. I've seen another reviewer on here had a very similar, if not the same experience to mine when trying to get a new home for their family. They have not been able to be reached or return any of my calls after receiving the $150. The told me Becky was fired, then when Sophie took over she promised to handle everything with my move. I have heard from them since.

Management changed and there was no notice emailed or given with the change. It was then Decide in the middle of my lease to change the base total for water. then decided to add ridiculous up charges trying to justify needing to pay over 1,400. Not only have there been multiple times we have been without water and were not notified. But I don’t even receive good water pressure to use the amount they are stating. This feels to be retaliation for having to have my air conditioning unit replaced due to it kicking off multiple times on 80+ degree days. Seems like they are trying to make the money back anyway possible. Would not recommend currently seeking a different apartment.
