Tate Tanglewood

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! – Especially if you are considering a 1st floor unit. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I wanted to warn anyone else that may be thinking about potentially moving here. Tate Tanglewood is a TERRIBLE place to live. I have been a resident at Tate Tanglewood over the last year and have had various issues since moving in. First off the neighbors at Tate Tanglewood are extremely noisy and very inconsiderate. The Neighbors I have above me are extremely loud. Kids constantly running and screaming, loud arguments, constant banging, and dog barking. Went upstairs to talk to them about keeping the noise down and they literally told me “My neighbors are noisy too, so I will make as much noise as I want to in my apartment.” Complained about this issue to the office for

I love to be in a caring environment that feels like home. At Tate Tanglewood the administration team, mostly Desiree, Mr. Casas, the valet & maintenance team, make the best to make sure the resident feels welcome & well cared. I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The property is well-maintained, clean, and quiet, and the overall environment feels safe and comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the management team is responsive and respectful. I especially want to recommend Ryan. He has been extremely helpful, professional, and supportive from day one. Whether it was answering questions, assisting with paperwork, or following up on requests, Ryan always made the process smooth and stress-free. His communication is clear, and he genuinely cares about residents having a positive experience. If you’re considering moving here, I definitely recommend this community — and if you get the chance to work with Ryan, you’ll be in great hands!

I’ve experience the BEST customer service here at Tate Tanglewood, which is rare now days. Ryan took his time to tour me around. His patience and love for this place is unmatched from all other tours I’ve experienced. I can’t wait to move here. 3 more months to go before my lease is up, but I am definitely making this place my next home.
