Don’t live here. There seems to be a problem with the water going out on a regular basis at this place. No matter how manny times they “fix it” something alwaaaays happens and randomly gets shut off ,Also when it’s a scheduled maintenance repair, they give you very little in advance, sometimes none at all.
Seems to be the best town homes in tarzana are in the Sanford on the valley The association dues are very reasonable people are friendly I highly recommend it on a person purchasing one of those
I mean, it's okay enough, my friend's mom lives here, so I was just visiting
We do not live here anymore.
