Beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst renting experience I have ever had is with Target Realty. It's been over a year of requesting the hole in our wall (caused by excessive water damage) be repaired. They will jump through hoops to avoid helping their tenants, even when there is literally watering pouring into the apartment causing mold and further damage. They are non-responsive, avoidant, and generally have no regard for your well being as a human, let alone the quality or habitability of the properties they own. If they could rent you an apartment that is literally on fire, they would.

Property management are money hungry people they do not care about their tenants. The properties have many issues. They didn’t even give me back my security deposit for both Properties I lived in, they came up with any and everything not to give it back Be aware of these people

Horrible property management company. They rarely respond to emails and overcharge on security deposits. They charged me to have the place painted even though they never painted before me. I had a leak in the ceiling that went unfixed until I moved out. They told me they would fix it multiple times and never showed up. This happened with other repairs and appointments.

This place is GARBAGE. The company DESTROYS working class neighborhoods with the GARBAGE they put into these nice houses and communities. The rent to LOW LIFE, NON WORKING, POS, WELFARE PIGS. But it's a good thing some people KNOW Community leaders, State Representatives, and L & I Inspectors. Start checking the properties that you manage, and make sure all of them are UP TO CODE with VALID INSPECTIONS...will be a REAL shame when your little Realestate bubble bursts...wont it?? Sick & Tired of the Garbage..

If you even think to come to this management group for living think again. They will lie and take your money with no If and or buts if they feel as though they want to. Karma is definitely going to hit this company and it will hit hard. 0 Business ethics or basic human moral come from this company either. You have been warned.
