Target Property Management employs and protects people who are unprofessional and discriminatory. The company refuses communication from property owners, engages in unequal enforcement of rules and regulations, and focuses specifically on ethnic minorities and women who are tenants or property owners. With over 60 violations in my community (a number provided by the property manager), she has enforced policy against a select few people. The company will not respond to repeated requests for communication, and the enforcement is of policy that is overly broad and subject to interpretation. I have had the best experience as a condo owner and Realtor with Target property management since Melissa Green has taken over. She is a great communicator. She follows up when necessary and takes care of all the past items that were pending. I am truly pleased with the level of service provided

I had a problem with one of my properties being managed by this company... I spoke with the owner of the company by the name of Carri. She was very concerned and empathetic and let me vent about a few issues I was having. She assured me that issues would be addressed immediately. She conveyed to me, that as the owner of Target Property Management she wanted her clients to be happy and made to feel appreciated. I was very impressed that she as a CEO was accessible to her clients and listened and was willing to resolve the problems in a timely manner. Total crooks, constantly asking for money that they don’t deserve. managing properties site, unseen. Creating Ways for the homeowners To fork out more money than Necessary. Refuse to take monthly payments so they can sue you later on for nonpayment, I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau and they claimed there’s nothing they can do. I’ve written letters to the governor no response. I’ve contacted New Jersey division of property management and construction and they turn a blind eye. There’s nothing you can do to stop these people. It’s a system that has been built and as long as they’re collecting, they will continue to take from the homeowner .They can just take from you as long as they want to. Most homeowners are afraid to speak out against them.

Our condo community contracted with Target for several years. After numerous meetings year after year and nothing ever being accomplished we finally fired target as our property management company. We hired a new management company and the development is changing ever so quickly —on the positive side and things are finally getting accomplished with our new management company. Target never follows through with anything. The collections were out of hand, as well as numerous other issues. The maintenance costs were astronomical. Nothing was ever accomplished with this management company. Do yourself a favor and take a hard pass.
