Unsafe, Uninhabitable, and Rude Management — Avoid at All Costs Tarantino management has made living in the apartments unbearable for long-term tenants. We never had issues with old management, They made sure to keep the needs of tenants as a top priority, but the new management is rude, dismissive, The conditions in my apartment are unsafe, uninhabitable, and a serious health risk. Mold and water damage have been ignored for 9 months, Management has repeatedly dismissed these concerns as “non-emergency” and continues to fix empty apartments before addressing occupied units like mine. My car was damaged due to property negligence, and I have photos documenting it. This is a clear violation of tenants’ rights, and management prioritizes profit over safety and habitability. This is my review for the Standard at Leander Station apartments in Leander, Texas: "I am unhappy here right now as of 29JAN2026. I can be treated better, and residents still leaving trash outside of their trash cans in my building. I believe I am racial profiled too here because I notice when I am not far away from a resident, that is near their car, they press they alarm lock twice or more than that as if they think I will steal something out of their car when I won't. I have other concerns too. I like that I do feel safe sometimes, the security gate has broken in the past; and I hope residents stop running into the gates. My apartment is nice in the inside, and the maintenance men are great! I hope I am heard, and

I looked today at the apartment in midtown houston I liked the place and wanted to move to that apartment very badly. But my gut tells me to make some research.. and OMG! The reviews!! And all I see the owner of the company keep repeating the same response to everyone .. sorry and call this number to address the issue.. I have one question if you care that much ! Why don’t you and your team fix the issue firsthand instead of let the people make reviews. Suffer so you ask them to call again to fix the issue !! Make that make sense!! You have lost potential rental and am sure you will continue to lose if you don’t fix this reviews ASAP.. potentially a tenant and apartment owners will run away.. but thank you guys for the reviews that helps other people to decide..

Ascension Held Hostage day 37 of 100+ From a Tarantino Paying resident at Ascension on the Bayou, enough is enough Hello from the 5th floor bldg 2 of Ascension, supposedly a "premier" rental experience. But not if you live away from the nightmare traffic noise of Beltway 8 on the should-be nice side with great views of Buffalo Bayou. Except, we have NO remotely close elevator service for up to 30-40% of time ALL the time. These people will lie and say you didn't pay your rent. I live at the 800 Tower in Louisville Ky. It's imperative that we get a new property manager. Unethical. I've already emailed back and forth with the regional Esther Craven. I have not heard back from her since I sent proof of my rent payments for August and September.
