As another reviewer said, we felt she was working for the other party (in this case, we were the buyers). For example, she told us one thing over the phone, but then sent a very different agreement with very different numbers, good thing we read carefully before signing! We also asked for a professional roof inspection, rather than a handyman/friend’s assessment, and at that point, she became nasty. Surprise! The roof leaks and we need a new one. We would have still purchased the home, but it would have been nice to know. I could go on but you get the point. I have saved all the texts and emails if anyone wants proof. One of us is extremely experienced in residential and commercial real estate, and knows what ethical and professional standards should look like. Steer clear.
