Tara Florence - Sweetgrass Capital

Tara was the loan officer who helped us purchase our new home just 19 months ago, shortly after we moved here from out of state. I was pleasantly surprised when she contacted us recently suggesting that it may be a good time to refinance, despite the relatively short time of ownership. She had already done her homework, but it was soon clear that between appreciation of the property as well as our improved credit scores (leading to a lower interest rate), refinancing would be beneficial. Dealing with Tara (and her able assistant Jordan) was a pleasure the first time, and it was even better the second time around. Questions were promptly answered, and the process went very smoothly. We would recommend Tara to anyone looking to either purchase a new home or refinance an existing one.

Tara Florence has to be the best home loan officer in Charleston. As a first time home buyer that works full time (teaching our youth) and goes to graduate school full time I thought buying a home would put me over the edge. Tara is efficient, proactive, patient, and caring - she made me feel like I was her only client.
