Lived here for a year and didn’t really have that many problems except for a few. The main thing that was very frustrating for me was the elevator in the first building was always broken. If I knew that it was going to be broken as often as it was, I would have lived on the 1st floor and not the 4th. I found myself carrying my wagon full of groceries up 4 flights of stairs more often than I would like to admit. The cleanliness of the halls were not that great neither. Other than that, the staff was helpful, especially when I first moved in. Morgan, specifically, went above and beyond.

Don’t move here! I’m writing on behalf of someone else due to retaliation. The property manager doesn’t honor the lease agreement. Example the lease states that owners should pick up after their pets it’s poop scattered all throughout the apartment complex just nasty. And they don’t do anything about it for $2100 a month this should be a clean environment The lease says no smoking but people smokes on their balcony marijuana and cigarette butts everywhere. No cameras throughout the complex the gate is always broke anything and everyone is getting in. The apartment is poorly equipped it looks nice to the eye but these units were just thrown together for $2100 it should be more luxury. If you go to mid town and pay the same amount for a nice community why can’t we get the same treatment if

I am extremely satisfied with my living situation here. The staff, including management, front desk, and maintenance, demonstrate exceptional professionalism. Their commitment to fostering a strong community is impressive. I would like to extend my gratitude to them, with special recognition to Morgan.

“Indulge Yourself in a Life of Luxury “as they say on there website. First of all parking is not safe, no cameras on the property. Plastic gate stopper ain’t saving nobody. My car got stolen from there property. Then they have pet spa which has been not open for more than 4 weeks now. Then they provide 20 free cups of coffee but there no disposable cups. 🤦‍♂️ only giving 2 star cause of the maintenance guys cause they keep this place clean 💯

Deceptive practices to collect application fees and have people subscribe to the platforms they use . I was told by management that credit wasn’t not a factor especially if there are no delinquent rental history. I don’t have bad credit or that as I own property in Henry county and was given a vague excuse of my credit didn’t qualify once challenged I was told the manager just made that call in a rude tone from the same person that was all smiles to sell the application fee. Atlanta Ga faces a huge issue with predatory leasing practices like this. Renters beware! Add this place to the list of app fee bandits Nice amenities on property but no tubs in masters and security is suspect speaking to a current resident
