The first, I didn't actually purchase a house, however, she assisted through helping me place my first offer, and the second was the sale of my first home! This is a very intense process, and it help drastically to have such a knowledgable agent at your side to guide you through the process! Tanya was very readily available to answer all of my questions! She's very thoughtful as well. Little things go a long way, and when I receive an invitation to an event she had for her clients, and even a birthday card and plant on my birthday, it was very much appreciated.
