Tanglewood Apartments

We've lived here for almost a year and have enjoyed our time at Tanglewood. Shelley in the office has been very helpful and kind, quickly responding to my emails and helping with a couple maintenance requests. The apartments aren't the newest or "luxury" housing, but they are just what we needed: simple, quiet and safe neighborhood, kind neighbors, affordable, and a cozy space.

I love living here at Tanglewood! I moved in to my unit in September and so far I've had NO issues with anything. Never lived in an apartment and not had problems with my unit or landlord before so this has been a great experience!! Beautiful and spacious apartments in a very quiet, safe, friendly community. Easy access to laundry, highways, local shopping/dining, etc. Residents have been very friendly to me since I moved in. Every time I visit the office the staff is always engaging with me and very helpful. I have been really happy since moving here. Especially knowing that I'm living somewhere safe. Living here has been a dream. 5/5!

I lived at Tanglewood for 2 years with my husband. We had a great experience and would consider living there again if we needed an apartment again. The management team was always helpful and the maintenance team always came within a day or so of the maintenance order being placed. It has a lot of character, fireplaces with built in book shelves, duck pond, trees surrounding each building. The walls are thick so you can't hear your neighbors. I never had any issues with my neighbors. Here are just a few things they could improve: 1. Upgrade your property management software so you can send email updates. I suggest Appfolio. They put paper notices on everyone's doors instead of sending an email or text. 2. You don't need to do the monthly newsletter, it's a waste of time and paper. 3. They w

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. My surprise came when I moved the stove and a burner fell into the gap between the stove and the wall. It was super disgusting, and there was a dead mouse. I also had to deal with a bat in the stairway hallway. When trying to cancel the lease, they completely refused to return my deposit, even though living in these conditions is a health hazard. I invite people living in these apartments to move their stoves; I hope they won't be as shocked as I was.

So I lived at these apartment complexes for 6+ years. they were always very nice and understanding. The neighbors were awesome and i have no negative things to say about this place. The pool was great so that would be the biggest thing I would recommend. It is very close to the highway and from what i hear from some friends is that they are building a lot of items nearby at the next highway exit. Always recommend. The move out process was good, nothing to complain about, did not get deposit back but that was due to my own doing with the damages.
