I’m writing this as my last resort since all the messages and emails I send get ignored. I even put in a leasing request and they marked it as “canceled.” I’ve lived here since 2020. I had no issues the first few years. Once the property manager, Jane, left, this place went under. Noise: Tanglewood is literally becoming ghetto. People in their cars blasting loud music for long periods of time. You can hear every word loud and clearly. There’s a lot of cars blasting music late into the night and I’ve been woken up several times from it. The people above me are the absolute loudest. It sounds like I live under a bar tavern. I’ve complained at LEAST 10 times and nothing has been done. I couldn’t understand why I never heard anyone above me before they moved in. A past maintenance worker told

Place is a joke… company had someone good in the office running the place and now they’re gone. Don’t blame them honestly! New management sucks… if you’re looking to move here, don’t. Honest to god, they should sell and look elsewhere and have someone new come in. Company is too big to handle a property this small with these many problems. The agent in the front always has an attitude and after to speaking to other residents … I’m NOT the only one to feel this way. You guys need a SERIOUS revamp on cleaning house with better staff or this place will surely crumble.

Megan has seriously been a lifesaver during this move-in process. They were super responsive to all my questions, which really eased my stress. Megan went out of her way to make sure everything was in GREAT shape before I even arrived. I feel so much more settled knowing I have such a helpful person managing things!

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. I've been living here for multiple years, and the snow removal [among other things] has gotten abysmal recently. Tell me why my building alone is out of at least 8 spaces, not counting cars from neighboring buildings having to move down to out building to park cause THEYRE losing spaces. I KNOW your plow service has the ability to remove snow instead of just uselessly piling it in encroaching piles because they REMOVED THE SNOW LAST YEAR. DURING SNOWMAGEDDON. Also love that y'all just causally have holes in the ceilings of stairwells that you place buckets below to collect water. And the washers/driers down for what was that, six months across multiple buildings??? Anyways. Figure out how snow removal works or I'm getting ahold of a company who can a

Be warned Monarch investments group (the new property owners.. 3 new owners in 5 years) has started changing up the fees it's now $35 for pet rent a month from $20 just 1 cat or dog and utilities no longer included now at $100 from $0 and now requires 100k liability renters insurance from previously 35k. I'm not sure why they started charging utilities since rent for a place like this is already high enough at $1200+ without any improvements and expect to pay $100 more every year + increased utilities on top just because of the "market rate" which means they use software that lots of landlords use to price fix entire cities into ever increasing rents so even nasty apartments charge high prices if you looked around lately in Erie. All buildings here could really use new washer and dryers
