The HOA owner/company, KRJ, has poor customer service skills, lacks professionalism, and lies. Additionally, there are continuous issues with the gates and piping system (both water and plumbing), and they don’t respond to tenant emergency’s or gate issues in a timely manner.
Great people here, we do pest control for several tenants or board members.
Nice place. HOA board members nitpicking.
