Tanglebrook Apartments

I love everything about my apartment except the fact that ny kitchen has flooded several times in the year and a half I've lived here. It happened again this morning. The baseboards are rotting and the wood under my sink smells like wet rotten wood. The only solution has been temporary fixes and they bought me a new mop to keep cleaning up the mess.

I've lived here for almost 8 years now and absolutely love it! Yesinia and Diane are super helpful and friendly. It pains me to know that one day I'll have to move due to my growing family. If they had 3 bedrooms I'd stay forever! The neighbors keep to themselves and/or are friendly. The neighborhood is perfect. This location is everything and for this rent?! Rent is so reasonable for the area. It is an older community but you can tell management cares, they do what's in their power to make sure this place is comfortable to live in. The communication and transparency is so appreciated. 10/10 recommend!

Have lived here for 5 years and they have been good to me the entire time,very excellent customer service and any maintenance request are handled swiftly. Highly recommended to any one,the area is quiet and lots to do nearby, perfect for living close to downtown.

Beautiful apartments. The community is really nice, and the management is very kind and helpful.

I do not live here, this is service based review. Just toured the property a few weeks ago, they have been super helpful and mindful of following up every week, I appreciate the emails from Diane, most people would find it annoying but I really appreciate the follow ups and like that they keep track of possible incoming tenants. Property was nice and quiet when we toured and Diane was knowledgeable and professional. :)
