this company owns El Morro Mobile Estates in Colorado Springs, was a great little mobile home park (use to be one of the best in the Springs) but over the past 7 years they have raised lot rent of about $20 more a month (don't sound bad, I know) , wouldn't be to bad had it had not happened at least 3 or 4 times over the 7 years for a total of $60 to $80 more a month then the original price agreed one (give or take) I have lived here. the reason they gave for all the increases was because of the cost of water kept rising (again don't sound to bad) but now as of this year (2015) they are starting to make us pay our own water without lowering the lot rent back to the original amount, or even close to it...so now not only are we paying a higher lot rent raised only "because of the water costs
