My experience with Sonjia at Ruby Creek Estates has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Throughout the process, she gave our realtor, lender, and inspection company a difficult time, creating unnecessary tension instead of working toward resolution. Her attitude was dismissive whenever legitimate concerns were raised. As the sales agent, Sonjia is the face of the builder, and unfortunately, that reflects the overall experience. Rather than addressing documented construction issues, there appeared to be a pattern of deflecting responsibility.
