Tamarind at Stoneridge

my son lives out here . and every time i visit, there's random cats everywhere carrying fleas all over the complex. terrible trash system , leaving piles of trash left for weeks without addressing . extra charges for pest control when their units come infested . but best believe they'll be at your door banging , YES BANGING. i have a recording of it on my sons phone. harassing you for a payment instead of addressing these issues in this complex. they will drive past the piles of trash each morning they clock into that office ignoring the real issues in the complex , but harass good tenants who are only trying to make it in this messed up economy. yall are the true money hungry evil in the world. and all under the guise of " i wish i could help you, but i can't " they literally can. many c

I live at Tamarind at Stoneridge for a while now, I've been impressed by how well they take care of the property. The surroundings are always beautiful, and the shared areas are consistently clean. And Ms Britiny is very nice, she is always available and ready to help, showing a strong commitment to making sure residents are happy. Whether it's a simple question or something more urgent, I've always found her easy to approach, quick to respond, and genuinely focused on making sure I have a good experience living here as a student.

DONT STAY HERE!!, stoneridge was an absolutely horrible experience to live at, there was a shooting before and was very scary, and they never fix anything, but the manager always say “per your lease, we need to inform” but when we inform it takes forever to get anything wrong fixed, always having to wake up hot and sweating because the ac unit doesn’t work and the air vents don’t work had to wait more than 6months just for somebody to fix it, and still end up not working. Doesn’t care about people living situations, the old manager was way nicer and more understanding, don’t live here you will regret it, there are literally cats everywhere. NO NO NO ! DO NOT LIVE HERE… IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YA MONEY READ EVERY LITTLE BIT. Since living here I experienced so many problems. First moved in i notice a hole cut in the fence next to my apartment but never paid it no mind (first red flag). I had a man come to my door while I was at work with a bow and arrow banging on my door(viewed by a ring camera on my door). Also, had a bunch of juveniles try to break into my car. NOTHING WAS DONE BY THE OFFICE and didn’t try to repair the hole in the fence separating the next door complex. I wake up to gun shots in the middle of my sleep every other night due to the people cutting thru our apartment. As a women I feel unsafe and bothered that people from next door can come on to the property and attempt to break into people cars and homes or use

Can I just say that Tiffany and Shakera were amazing! They are on top of everything. The communication between staff and residents is often and they answer calls. Maintenance calls are on point and the maintenance crew actually gets the job done. This is the first apartment that is actually worth it! I couldn’t be happier with Tamarind at Stoneridge! The grounds are well kept. The amenities are fantastic as well. You will read some bad reviews as I did but I took a chance and I’m glad I did.
