Bed bugs 🐜 and roaches 🪳 massive infestation at Sage Towers 👎. Owner should be taken to court and sued.

So today is our inspection. I had major surgery on the 8th of this month and call that same day asking to reschedule my inspection. I left a message because no one ever answered the phone anymore. I told them I am on restrictions not to lift anything move anything until after my next appointment in three weeks. They just showed up and acted like I was faking it! And wanted to come in i was not feeling up to it but let them in anyway I should not have! I understand the instructions and all but not the nasty attitude about my not being able to do house work under doctors advice. I think that this is unacceptable and I think if you call to reschedule they should reschedule. And they should answer the damn phone instead of ignoring it... What good does it do to contact you if nothing is done?

We rent from Archway Apartments and they have been FABULOUS! J.R. is a great manager who is friendly and quick resolve any issues! Really enjoy living here and thankful to have the opportunity to rent! Would recommend these apartments to anyone!

I have a mixed experience. I called the Broadwater Village after seeing that they were advertising that they had a 1 bed available. The gal I spoke to was very professional and informative. She is why they are getting the three stars. She was impressive! I am dinging the two stars away because while they did in fact have a 1 bed available, they have a two year waiting list, yet are advertising to create more of a list. That to me is just unprofessional. That is not the Manager at Broadwater's fault, that is the Property management company (Tamarack's) doing. I think with the false advertising done by this company you would be better served going somewhere else and if they should ever get to you and you have other choice stay where you are. The property is great but the management at the big sky apartments are not. I've been being harassed by management. I've been given complaints that are fictitious. I do have video proof of the complaints I've gotten that are false. I was also told to move my car from a public street for another resident witch was illegal they don't own the street. Just very unprofessional and totally out of line. They are also very unresponsive to anyone with a mental disability.
