Tamarack on the Lake

My wife and I absolutely love it here!! We have been here since 6/9/18 and we find this place amazing!! They treat you great and they definitely make you feel like you can live in this community for a long time. The staff in the office work with you on so many levels Sandra Holland is amazing she is the property manager and Juanita Parker is amazing and she is the assistant manager .Maintenance is wonderful and the emergency line really works they actually call to see what’s wrong. When we first arrived we had some problems with our apartment and they fixed in a timely manner!! The amenities are great!! I do Wish the pool was open all year around so we wouldn’t have to pay some where else to use a community pool that would be a plus!! On top of everything they are LGBTQ friendly and they d

If you are looking for a home with accessible amenities this is not it. Upon moving in I was promised access to the pool after memorial day weekend, access to the lake for fishing and that the fitness center would be changing to 24/7 access to better serve the apartment community. None of these amenities that were promised in the lease signing have been available. Also this property says that it is a drug free community however this is not true. The smell of marijuana permeates my apartment constantly. There is also an ongoing issue with bugs. The first day in my new apartment I woke up to ants crawling on me in bed. Would not recommend to anyone with small children or looking for a family oriented apartment building.

The staff at Tamarack on the Lake is amazing! They are always very helpful and knowledgeable when I have issues or concerns. Cherie and Taylor are always all smiles when assisting us, and quick to help with resident issues or concerns. Andre, the maintenance manager is super friendly and always has a positive attitude and knows his job! I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I been at Tamarack on the Lake for 2.5 years, and I must say that its been a fantastic experience. The property manager Cherie Thomas, and Assistant Property Manager Taylor Struss are phenomenal, they will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met as a tenant. They always greet me with a friendly and warm smile, and I always felt welcome since my stay. The grounds technician and maintenance staff are friendly and always speak, and they do a good job with taking care of any tenant needs. They keep the complex clean. Neighbors are good with keeping their dogs on a lease when walking them. I recommend anyone looking for place to stay to live here. I’m a two time resident here at Tamarack on the Lake Apartments. I first lived here from 2016 to 2017 and my experience was so great I returned as a resident in 2019. Being a military widow I have moved more times than I care to remember and Sandra Holland is BY FAR the BEST Property Manager I have had the pleasure of working with. She is always pleasant and willing to accommodate in any way she can. The property, both the buildings and the grounds are always maintained and look great. Any issues are taken care of promptly. If you are looking for a great place to live that is affordable, safe, quiet, well maintained, and has excellent office staff then Tamarack on The Lake Apartments is the place for you.
