Tamarac Village

I rate my community 1000/10! Living at Tamarac Village has been an exceptional experience. The community is beautifully maintained, clean, spacious, and incredibly welcoming. Every guest who visits my apartment always compliments the environment and overall atmosphere. It truly offers excellent value and quality living. The Leasing Team is simply outstanding—professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile for residents. Their level of service reflects true care and dedication. The maintenance engineers and cleaning staff also deserve recognition for the pride they take in keeping the community pristine and running smoothly. A special thank you to Brianna and Patrick for going above and beyond to help my family and I, your efforts are second to none. You

The community is great with great amenities like a pool, fitness center, and a lounge area perfect for relaxing. The management team was responsive and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with my stay here! The real highlight? The sunset view from the balcony. Absolutely breathtaking.

Roach infestation throughout!! Anything but Luxury! The place and staff are awful and it’s all smoke and mirrors to call this place luxury. My thermostat was changed so now it doesn’t work on WiFi like I was promised. The repairs they make are subpar. I’ve had many issues living here yet the roaches top it off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I’ve e been really happy living at Tamarac Village Apartments! The place is clean, and modern. What really stands out, though, is the staff — they’re incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it's the front office or maintenance, everyone is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. It makes a huge difference when the people managing the community actually make you feel at home. Highly recommend Tamarac Village if you're looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to live!

“I absolutely love living here so far! My move-in process was very easy, and Jared took the time to show me around the property. He really got to know me, and by the time I left, I already knew this was where I wanted to live. Every time I call with questions or concerns, the staff is always helpful, and when I was referred to Brianna, she assisted me with no problem. I also love that they offer cute community activities especially in November. Today I even attended a brunch with the staff, which was absolutely amazing and something I’ve never experienced at any other complex. One of the things that stood out to me the most was the thoughtful move-in gift waiting for me in my apartment. It truly made me feel welcome.”
