Tam Apartments

I love living here and Janice is really nice and easy to work with but why is my next door neighbor allowed to harass me? I've already called 911 twice for someone breaking and entering and the 2nd time they came to my door with a knife. Now this morning my next door neighbor was playing music right outside my door and started banging on my door at 8 am while I was sleeping and ran back inside. I told them I made a police report and to stop messing with me and he threatened to beat me up and that Im a coward. He has been stalking me since I moved in. I don't understand. If anyone else did this they would be evicted.

Janice and Alfonso are the best! Nice clean apartment, very well kept up, clean premises. Easy move in and approval!! Great place to live . Very quiet.

Janice is a world class property manager. She knows her business inside and out, is reliable, and always follows through. One of my absolute favorites to work with.

Janice was extremely nice and helpful. Went out of her way to stay late because I was running a few minutes behind. She has a very sweet aura very kind and respectful and well mannered. I’ll definitely recommend people to these apartments. She made me feel way more comfortable about moving in my first apartment.
