Affordable, safe and spacious. Feels like home. Also, at walking distance from my university.
the maintenance division is almost slower than death, ive been waiting 4 days to get a lightbulb replaced and yes its in the contrat to rent here they replace the lights. The laundry room half the dryers are almost always betoken down and the head maintenance boss has an attitude
endless toxic mold and maintenance refuses to do anything about it. it makes tenants sick and all they want to do is ignore it and paint over it.
It is low income housing,nice clean and tenants are friendly
The rent is affordable and it’s a good place to live
