Our experience from our first tour to move in was wonderful! The staff, especially Nikol & Lindsay, have been there to answer any questions & make our living experience exceptional. We’ve lived in apartments before, but our experience with TallGrass has been very different than what we’ve experienced in the past with other properties. We love our unit & the fenced in yard. 10/10 so far! 🤩❤️

We have been living in this apartment for 5 years now, and our experience has been nothing but positive. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the management team has always been helpful and professional. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, schools, and restaurants. We truly feel at home here and are grateful for the comfortable and welcoming environment.

The gate access has been broken three times and unfortunately not a quick fix They say they can't leave the gate open So this makes grocery delivers and other deliveries very stressful Grocery drivers don't have the time to go to office leave ID to get fob then go back to get ID We also have home Health care so a lot of people coming and going It's been a stressful expensive out of pocket two years Some of the drivers just leave the groceries outside the gate Not to mention we cant live our lives around office hours..It's an insult to even expect us to d

We’ve had awful experiences with this apartment complex. I’d never recommend living here. (Because this complex seems to think this is fake, the resident under the lease was my boyfriend). For months we were harassed by downstairs neighbors who left notes on the door that became increasingly threatening. We notified the front office many many times and they continued to do nothing about it. (They say they have policies in place, but don’t let this fool you, they did nothing.) If you value your safety I would absolutely never sign here. They won’t help you. Additionally, because of the harassment among other issues, my boyfriend decided to go ahead and break his lease early- they will absolutely keep every penny they can from you when moving out. I love living at Tallgrass Village! From the friendly office staff to the attentive maintenance team, the service here is truly five-star. The beautifully maintained grounds feature seasonal flowers year-round, adding to the charm of the community. Having lived here for many years, I wouldn’t consider moving until I’m ready to buy a home. This place isn’t just an apartment—it’s home, and everyone here makes it feel that way.
