Tallfield Management

ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. I moved from this place a few months ago and it was one of the best times. Management is rude. They never call back. My realtor told me that the CEO was gossiping about me which was so unprofessional. She should not be running this place. STAY AWAY FROM MOVING HERE.

This picture sums up Tallfield pretty well. This shattered glass has been sitting here for over two weeks and 70% of the residents here have dogs. I reached out on the app a week ago for some help and it's been crickets. I never expect management companies to be helpful and yet somehow I'm always disappointed when the prove me right.

Tallfield is the worst management company. No one does their job. They don't answer the phone. They don't return calls when you leave messages. They don't respond to emails. They constantly deny applications for anything stating not enough info/ pictures/ documents or whatever and then they make you pay the application fee AGAIN to resubmit the info. We put in an application for a fence last year, still no fence. better believe they cashed those checks though. Trying to get a new roof as well, asphalt shingle. Only to find out that they just proposed a new rule where every house in the community need's to have either a tile or metal roof...that's it. What about the people that can't afford 75k for a new roof. Complete disregard for the homeowner. They do not care about you. They are a bunc

Poor experience overall. The service and communication from this HOA management company have been disappointing. They showed no respect for homeowners and took no accountability for their mistakes. An error in their application process caused my paperwork to sit untouched on someone’s desk for two weeks before they even requested additional information. As a homeowner in this community for over 20 years, I expected far better service and communication from those who are supposed to manage our neighborhood.

Chadina is an incredible human being. Many years ago I lived in the complex she now manages. A personal package with a family quilt was accidentally sent via UPS to the apartment. I found out weeks after it was supposed to arrive at my present home. UPS said it left it at the door. My heart was broken. I called, and Chadina went on the hunt and amazingly found it with the down stairs neighbor who put it into their storage area. I am sooooo thankful for everyone for not junking, takingetc. This item has only tremendous value to me. Thank you Chadina!
