I thought this company would be the first step in me being able to purchase a home for myself and my son. I was recommended to this company by peers of family. I also read all the wonderful reviews about this company. So, I decided to registered for the FirstTime Home Buyer Readiness Class. I received the confirmation email confirming my seat. I would like to think that I am pretty tech savvy. I watched my email for the materials and the link to join the virtual meeting due to Covid. As specified on the website. They day came still no link to join the meeting and no materials to follow along. I thought that I might have missed the link sharing this vital information. I read that if you are 15 mins late then you are locked out and have to reschedule. I did three other times. Same results.

TLC is one of Tallahassee's hidden jewels when it really shouldn't be. Offering credit counseling, foreclosure prevention, homeownership, reverse mortgage counseling, down payment assistance all from a nonprofit organization. If you think you have bad credit and want to buy a home, start TLC program and let them help you build you an affordable future!

I had a wonderful experience with TLC. The staff is caring, considerate, and willing to go the extra mile to help. I was prepared to move forward after fixing a few issues. Hats off to TLC!!!!

Absolutely no communication, good luck maybe someone else will have better luck with these people.
