Tall Tree Apartments

Tall Tree was a wonderful apartment complex when we moved there, originally. The staff was nice, the property was clean, maintenance was timely and helpful. We lived there ~3 years and spent the first 2 in love with it. However, recently the staff of the office has changed and the environment changed immediately. The property is still clean, and the maintenance staff is still top notch, but every single conversation with the new office manager has been a confrontation. All fairness ended with the addition of Kaitlyn to the team, and she approaches every interaction with residents in the most combative way possible. She will not let you speak, refuses to acknowledge any promises she made in other conversations, and generally treats residents like she wants them out of her sight. It became i

Recommended to single folk looking for a reasonable place to live. Do not expect a 5 star apartment complex in this price range. Pros- Lived here for about a year. As a single military male this place fit the bill for budget. Most days it was very quiet and comfortable. Right near Ashley street for quick access to Walmart, and many restaurants/fast food. I had no major issues, however it wasn't special. AC blew cold. All in all it was everything i expected for paying a budget price and actually better. I often left my jeep unlocked in the parking lot and not once was anything taken. Very military friendly, always felt like a small community. Cons- The units felt dated. My floors creaked walking through the apartment, appliances looked like they were from the 80's. Walls were heavily pain

Currently living here. It’s been okay so far, only been here for about three weeks. My first week the hot water wasn’t working but they replaced that pretty quickly. The maintenance team is very nice and work well with you. The office workers are okay, Cezanne is definitely the one you should work with. But don’t try and get a package from them if the mail room is locked and they are still there. Because they for sure won’t unlock it and give it to you even though they are only two feet from the door and have a key. Other than that it’s good so far.

First off, the staff is amazing! Maintenance is quick on response with what ever the problem is, and is very knowledgeable. The leasing agents are very helpful as well and understanding when it comes to anything that pops up. They have helped me with multiple issues and has worked with me on everything. I love it here and will recommend anyone I know who is willing to be in a apartment to stay here! Keep up the great work tall trees!

Bats, Roaches, and Mice Galore! My wife and I are clean people. No matter how clean we kept the place. The mice and bats were still in our walls. Even though we had no pets, there were fleas everywhere! We had 4 bat break-ins during our stay here. Each of the rodents and roaches were constant no matter what time of year it was. When I first moved in, they had to re-move me to another suite because of the infestations. Yet there were still problems. The management tried to help, but that was simply not enough.This place needs a deep cleaning or to be shut down by the health department.
