Tall Timbers Apartments

I had a a very TRAUMATIC TIME AT TTA FIRST IT IS NOT SAFE I HAD ROCHES EVERYWHERE ONE TIME THE WHOLE COMPLEX LIGHTS TURNED OFF AND EVERYBODY WENT CRAZY THERE WAS NO AC NOTHING WE HAD MICE ANTS EVERYTHING NOTHING IS GOOD ABOUT THAT PLACE THEY HAD MY MOM WAITING TO GET OUR AC FIXED AND THEY NEVER FIXED IT I AM SO GLAD WE MOVED DO NOT MOVE THERE U WILL HAVE A BAD TIME ON 4TH OF JULY I THOUGHT I HEARD FIREWORKS NO IT WAS GUNSHOTS I DID NOT SEE NO FIREWORKS IN THE SKY THE POLICE CAME EVERY SINGLE WEEK BECAUSE SOMETHING IS GOING ON ONE TIME ALL THESE GIRLS ARE GETTING RAPED IN THE BACK IT WAS SO DISGUSTING AND I'M GLAD THAT THAT MAN GOT ARRESTED BUT DON'T MOVE THERE I'M TELLING YOU IT'S NOT SAFE.!!!!!

I had a generally positive experience living here. While the people around weren’t the best, maintaining a low profile made it manageable. Additionally, considering the price, it’s a great deal.

I would like to take this time to compliment the Manager, Ms Christy, the Maintenace Supervisor Mr.Earl, and the current staff, Vanessa, D.J. and Gio. This is a great team. I have lived here for 1.5 years and I have no complaints. The staff is always professional and courteous, they all wear smiles. The grounds are kept up to par by the maintenance crew. The residents need to do their part. Again I would like to compliment the entire Tall Timbers team. Keep up the good work.

Never delivering here again, place is super run down and trashy. People walking around in the dead of night, poor lighting, stench of weed. Ive heard stories about this place as of recent and all i can say is if your delivering and see "tall timber apartments" just cancel your order. Just felt extremely unsafe

Though it's not as bad as it used to be, I would still not recommend living there unless you have absolutely no choice and nowhere else to live. Even then I would recommend you sleeping in your car to avoid living there. I have lived down the street from that place on and off for over 30 years and throughout the early and mid 90s every single day and night ambulances, cops and fire trucks would always go down there because someone was either getting shot stabbed or killed. A lot of murders took place there over the years and it was a dangerous place to live and it's still not very safe. It's improved a lot but again I would not recommend living there especially if you're white.
