Tall Oaks Apartments

Stayed here for 4.5 years and had a great experience. Every unit here is well designed, spacious, and believe one of very few apartments in wichita with Balcony. Very friendly staff and Vicki Bazil in particular is awesome. Any maintenance problem was resolved for me in less than a day. Highly recommended.

The community is quiet, well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful green spaces that make it feel like home. The units are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. What really sets Talloaks apartments is the management team—they're responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any concerns or maintenance requests. I've felt safe, comfortable, and truly cared for during my time here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to live!

I lived here a couple of years and I had up and down experiences. Lack of proper insulation’s in the apartments was an annoying factor. I could literally hear even the secrets exchanged in the next apartment. However, I loved the surrounding. It was calm and rich with vegetation. It’s conveniently located closer to Wichita State University and the shuttle service runs right in front of the entrance. I believe it’s a great place for college students who are looking for a place with lower rents and have no means of transportation to college.
