Arlene from Talk Of The Town Realty kept calling me since last year asking if I wanted to sell my house. I started to think about it but I wasn’t quite sure finally in January Arlene said she was coming and sent two other people when I did all the talking and when they just sat there. Kept my house for months as "office exclusive" cost me thousands of dollars because they refused to show it to other agents. Do not do business with them. They will manipulate you. Real estate is about collaboration, this practice of office exclusive almost made me lose my house.
