Property looked outstanding when I pulled in to visit the office. Leasing agents were very polite and respectful. Property manager and site supervisor introduced themselves and explained the property with questions that I had. Very nice place inside and out. Pool was very clean along with the club house. Most definitely a place I would consider living. 10/10

terrible place to live - management is scammers. they’re lazy and unorganized. they don’t give proper 24 hour notices which is illegal, they never know how to schedule properly, and maintenance never fixed half the issues we have. They also illegal went into our apartment this month even though payed through the whole month …. and stole our property. you pay 2000$ for “luxury services” but trash valet doesn’t come on fridays or weekends, holidays, and they won’t take all your trash — The gate is left open most days and not updated + cars get broken into on a regular basis here. they also have insane fees they won’t warn you about until after your first month there. they also haven’t returned my security deposit. disgusting. they also can’t keep any of their staff probably because they suc

The best place to live here in Las Vegas and I was so happy with the people who work in the office and the people who take care of this place amazing job good job good team. I want to thank everybody for a good job and I was so happy to live here and I’m going to miss this place. 💕💕

Our experience has been exceptional from the very beginning. It has friendly and professional staff including the maintenance team.The apartments are modern and nice.We can say Talavera is a wonderful place to call home.

I'd been living in this condo since I was passing through Summelin Las Vegas. When I left, I had to pay for 10 days, but they charged me an excessive amount. Furthermore, I never uploaded photos or bought furniture, leaving the apartment as new and clean as when they handed it over. Three days later, I received a letter stating that they would deduct the $500 from my deposit, applying excessive fees, and charging me for things they shouldn't have. I don't recommend this place to anyone. It's overpriced and not luxurious at all.
