We interviewed 8 different, “buy as is” companies. Both local and nationwide. Right off the top we eliminated ‘low-ball’ offers that were ridiculous, leaving 4 competitors. 3 local, 1 National. The National company’s offer was “uglier” than the house. One local company dropped out leaving two very competitive companies. TAG and another company that doesn’t like to lose. They didn’t want to over promise and under deliver, which we appreciated. The TAG company WAS willing to commit to the price we agreed to and to complete the deal before 31 December 2025. The check was deposited in our account by 3PM, 31 DECEMBER 2025. I had 2 bad experiences with Realtors that were promising everything and doing nothing in charge.
