The reviews for this company are beyond accurate. We have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional, lazy and intentionally incompetent management in our lives. In the past 18 months, each major repair has taken no less than a month to repair including a sink which wreaked of sewage, A/C not being repaired during the summer with outside temperatures over 100, and a garage door that needed repair for over six weeks. Fortunately, we are well informed tenants and have retained Counsel to assist us with ensuring we advocate for our rights. They are well aware that they have breached VA’s laws regarding our home and we continue to be met with blatant indifference, rudeness and delays. I can not recommend TAG Home Management. I believe them to be an unethical business with the sole purpose of taking money from tenants and transferring that to landlords. The welfare of the tenants is not a concern for Greg Sr and his employees. They only respond to one word, "water." Any other concern, complaint, or question is frankly nothing they will deal with. Lived here for two years and they were nice enough. Once it was time to move out, everything changed. First, the daughter Morgan had issues with me giving alternate times to realtors who wanted to show the home. I had never been talked to so rudely in my life, but I managed to keep my composure and just contacted Greg Sr. She even hung up on me. She was yelling at me on the phone for over 5 minutes and I never raised my voice once. Move out was August 28 and I did a move out pre-inspection with Greg Jr. beforehand. He showed me some spots that may need to be touched up, but he said the walls looked good, minus a spot going up the first floor that their repair people made brining in a new refrigerator, which the office had them come back and fix, but they just patched it.
